Besides having a 'legal' (see Rules and Regulations) vehicle for the different classes the following must be done before entering a challenge

1. A club membership form must be completed with all relevant details, faxed or emailed to the secretary with proof of payment. Membership fees are R500 for the year.

2. You must produce either a club card or a letter proving you have become a WCCC member.

3. All relevant information must be fully completed and signed by the competitor. If the competitor is a minor, then the form must be filled in and signed by the parent/guardian.

4. Get a letter from your medical aid to confirm that you will be covered for motorsport events  (This is for the guys and girls that want to use their own medical aid)

5. Complete the attached WOMZA competitor licence form and WOMZA competitor indemnity form, send it back to me with proof of payment.

6. To be able to compete a competitor is required to produce a valid driver’s license or valid learner driver's licence

7.Day licenses will be available on the day of the event  @ R100 per competitor, (max of 2 day licenses for the year per competitor)

The WCCC (Western Cape Challenge Club) is a member of Motorsport South Africa which organizes and hosts the 4x4 Extreme Challenge Series in the Western Cape. (We are a non-profit organization) We have 6 events per year consisting of 10 -12 extreme obstacles that our competitors need to traverse for points which count for a Club Championship.

The competitors enter in six different categories ranging between standard street going vehicles to super modified hand build “monsters’. We have between 40 and 50 entrants and our spectatorship is growing at every event. Currently we average 650 spectators per event which we are hoping to grow to between 850 and 1200 per event.These spectators come from all walks of life and remain loyal supporters to our sport. But we can not produce this growing sport without sponsorships.

The following pages outline the different levels of sponsorship available for the Challenge series. We will provide advertising and marketing opportunities through media, event marketing and sales incentives in order to maximize your investment.
